A New York native, I moved to Seattle in 2007 to complete an Master’s in Counseling Psychology at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.
I’ve worked in mental health and public/private education settings over the past 15 years, ranging from homeless shelter direct service, to director-level management at a psychiatric hospital. I’ve been a teacher, an umpire, a parent of a child with a chronic illness, and I treasure celebrating life as a Roman Catholic.
I received a BA in History from SUNY New Paltz in 2005. I enjoy Tolkien, useful bicycles, guitar oriented music, fitness/BJJ, and investigating emotional sobriety with humor alongside my wife and two children.
